Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to optimize procurement, production, and quality in the men's fashion industry, managing suppliers and improving operational processes. Identification and implementation of process improvements. We are Martín Pescador Group, a company focused on men's apparel inspired by the Colombian Caribbean. We are looking for an ethical, reliable individual with strong analytical skills and excellent time management abilities to serve as a Process Analyst. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient planning, execution, and control of procurement (domestic and international), production, and contract manufacturing processes through supplier management, operational tracking, and quality standard assurance, aiming to optimize costs, meet schedules, and guarantee timely product availability. **Main Responsibilities** Analyze demand and sales behavior to forecast procurement and production requirements. Plan and schedule purchase and production orders. Manage information in ERP system (SIESA). Monitor inventory levels (stockouts, overstock, and turnover). Evaluate and track suppliers and contract manufacturers. Support negotiation processes (costs, timelines, and quality). Prepare reports and KPIs for decision-making. Identify and implement improvements in operational processes. Ensure proper management of technical specifications, invoicing, and production orders. **Required Profile** Technical or technological degree in administrative, industrial, logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (procurement, supply chain, production, or logistics). Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. ERP experience (SIESA preferred). Knowledge of inventory management, planning, and data analysis.
