Job Summary: A responsible and committed Steward is required to ensure cleanliness, organization, and general support in the kitchen, guaranteeing compliance with hygiene and quality standards. Promotes teamwork, organization, and proactivity **Café 9\.30 located at Santafé Shopping Mall!** requires a responsible and committed Steward responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general support in the kitchen, guaranteeing compliance with established hygiene and quality standards. **Employment Conditions:** * Salary: Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV), plus transportation allowance and tips. * Employment via indefinite-term contract. * Recognition and payment of all statutory social benefits. * Affiliation and payment of social security in accordance with current regulations. * Recognition and payment of overtime, night-shift surcharges, Sunday, and holiday work, as stipulated by law. * Rotating work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one (1\) compensatory day off per week. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash, disinfect, and organize kitchen utensils. * Maintain kitchen areas and common zones in optimal cleaning condition. * Assist in receiving and organizing supplies. * Properly manage waste. * Comply with hygiene and food safety protocols. * Support the kitchen team according to operational requirements. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Responsible, agile individual with a positive service attitude. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Organization and cleanliness * Responsibility * Proactivity For more information, please send your resume to: ***desarrollo.humano@930\.com.co*** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
