Job Summary: Supports Account Managers, maintains client contact, implements Compliance systems, and identifies cross-selling and referral opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Key support to Account Managers and direct client contact 2. Promotes cross-selling and referrals with existing clients 3. Applies compliance standards and continuous improvement **Description** --------------- **The Role** * Support Account Managers in client meetings when required. Maintain direct client contact, subject to prior agreement with the team leader or Client Advocate. * Keep the Account Manager continuously informed about the margins and revenues required to deliver the agreed-upon service to the client, and support them in meetings for this purpose. * Implement and maintain Compliance systems in accordance with the Willis Excellence Model. * Maintain relationships with placement teams. * Identify and pursue cross-selling and referral opportunities with clients. * Prepare service agreements with clients, including renewal documents, follow-up reports, and client feedback reports as required under the service agreement with the client. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Technical / Technologist / University degree preferred * Systems: Microsoft Office * Cross-selling * Referral sales * Client relationship management skills * Teamwork * Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sector. * Experience applying compliance standards within customer service teams. *Equal employment opportunity*
