




At Incolpa, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a technical or technological degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Accounting, or related fields, and four years of experience in similar positions. The main responsibilities are: 1. Customer service. 2. Support the General Manager’s schedule. 3. Coordinate messenger services. 4. Monitor the usage of the Central Printer and report monthly consumption to the supplier. 5. Collaborate with other departments to organize the messenger’s daily tasks. 6. Deliver checks to suppliers and employees, verifying compliance with required conditions (e.g., wet stamp, protective machine stamp, authorized signature). 7. Maintain daily control of bank balances and promptly report them to the General Manager. 8. Organize the Management’s cash reimbursements in an Excel spreadsheet and submit them to the Accounting Assistant. 9. Review the daily accounts payable schedule, taking bank balances into account. **Work location:** La Dolores Housing Development – Cali–Palmira Highway Working hours: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time
