It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Provide customer service support by receiving and managing corrective service requests for pumps directly from end customers or distributors, ensuring proper coordination through to resolution. * Open, monitor, and close ServiceMax tickets related to installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance, ensuring end-to-end process control. * Coordinate equipment pickup, shipment, and tracking—including deliveries to third parties—ensuring traceability and alignment across all involved departments. * Manage contracts from signing through operational and administrative follow-up for equipment billing, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. * Prepare and issue service contract quotations, ensuring accuracy of information and alignment with commercial strategy. * Execute activities related to purchase orders (POs) and payments, ensuring alignment with financial flows and adherence to established timelines. * Procure supplies and instruments, ensuring appropriate availability to support operational activities. * Coordinate and monitor instrument calibration processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. * Actively support training and capability development initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and fostering a more efficient and collaborative work environment. * Ensure professional development aligns with business growth, maintaining full compliance with BD’s internal policies and applicable legislation. * Participate in training programs as required, pursuing continuous knowledge development and preparation for increased responsibilities. * Prepare and present service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined, ensuring visibility of operational performance and supporting management decision-making. **Education and Prior Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed higher education). * **Languages:** English and Spanish preferred. * **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience with Pipefy * Knowledge of Power BI **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
