Responsibilities: * Lead commercial relationships with assigned brokers. * Achieve plan/budget targets per assigned brokers. * Comprehensive pipeline management or targeted prospecting focused on risks aligned with the company’s appetite. * Market engagement (insurance companies, aggregators, broker associations, reinsurers). * Business acquisition in accepted co-insurance arrangements. Skills and Experience: * Education: Degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration, preferably with specialization in insurance. Knowledge of general insurance lines (Property, Financial Lines, Surety, and Engineering) required. * Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within insurance companies, including direct engagement with major brokers. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; data and results analysis; assertive and effective communication; teamwork. * High-level expertise in the insurance market and strong commercial capabilities.
