This opportunity is on-site. **The Role** Wood Colombia is seeking a Technical or Professional candidate in Administration, Engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of general experience and 5 years of engineering project experience within the Oil & Gas sector, to serve as a **Document Controller**. Coordinate project configuration in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). * Register and validate project documents prior to issuance to the client. * Centralize and control documentation received from the client and disseminate it to the Project Team. * Maintain physical and electronic copies of all project documents or files. * Support the Project Team in numbering deliverables. * Control data and documents from all clients and third parties. * Prepare all required reports. Deliver project dossiers to clients in accordance with contractual requirements and the quality and standards expected by the organization. * Archive all physical and electronic documentation in accordance with company procedures. * Promptly inform the employer or contractor of latent hazards and risks at the workplace. * Provide clear, truthful and complete information regarding one’s health status. * Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System rules, regulations and instructions. * Promote comprehensive care of one’s health. **What Makes You Extraordinary?** At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunity and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
