The Project: This opportunity aims to support one of Colombia’s most significant road projects in recent years. It is among the most substantial road infrastructure initiatives, with an estimated investment of approximately COP 8,800 million. You will be responsible for: * Daily personnel management: records, shifts, attendance, inductions, onboarding/offboarding. * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes to fill project positions. * Document administration: personnel files, permits, accreditations, contracts. * Monitoring workplace climate, supporting employee well-being, and internal communication. * Coordination with HSE, administration, logistics, and corporate HR departments. * Support in disciplinary procedures, staff inquiries, and regulatory documentation. * Management of service providers related to personnel (accommodation, transportation, meals, if applicable). * General support for HR governance and compliance with internal policies. * Collaborative work to achieve the shared goal of transitioning to net-zero carbon emissions, sharing responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated emissions and reduction actions during project execution. Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * +5 years of personnel management experience, preferably in infrastructure projects or remote environments. * Knowledge of local labor regulations, hiring processes, and regulatory documentation. * Proficiency with ERP systems, HR software, document control systems, and administrative tools. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide professional, timely support to staff. * Strong organizational skills, discretion, direct engagement with field teams, and service orientation.
