




**Company Description** Confidential **Job Description** * Control the budget of assigned projects under liquidation. * Understand and internalize the project’s internal budget, ensuring its compliance and optimization, thereby guaranteeing the company’s expected profitability. * Propose actions to expedite project liquidation processes with the client, as well as CECO and OL closing. * Monitor expenses incurred for tickets and advances generated within the project. * Manage staff advances required for project operations, verifying compliance with the company’s established limits. * Verify supporting documentation for staff advance liquidations. * Update the forecast according to developments arising during project liquidation. * Perform monthly financial closing for assigned projects. * Train team members under your supervision on procedures applicable to their roles. * Serve as the company’s liaison and representative to the client regarding all matters related to assigned projects under liquidation. * Ensure contract liquidation with the client. * Ensure closure of project cost centers. * Promptly report changes affecting project deliverables. * Jointly monitor project efficiencies with other Project Coordinators for projects currently in execution. * Ensure daily use of the CRONOS software as the company’s internal project management tool, as well as client-specific tools. * Conduct weekly planning and review meetings for assigned activities with relevant stakeholders, maintaining proper records and traceability. * Know and fully comply with the Company’s Code of Integrity and all other corporate policies. * Manage and ensure the RL (Responsibility Letter) signing process for the area. * Timely execute tasks delegated by the S&C Manager and/or Operations Director to whom you report. * Perform any other duties assigned to this position. **Requirements** Academic Qualifications: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; or final-semester undergraduate students (V–X semesters) in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; or technical professionals in areas related to Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: One (1) year of experience in contract administration and/or project monitoring and control, financial analysis, or serving as a Project Coordinator for the same duration. **Additional Information** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: COP 4,314,020 + Transportation Allowance + COP 500,000 + Statutory Benefits Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency.
