Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager or Project Leader to lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and control of a major road project in Colombia, ensuring compliance with all aspects and methodological consistency. The Project: This opportunity aims to support one of Colombia’s most significant road projects in recent years. It is among the most important road infrastructure initiatives, with an estimated investment of approximately COP 8.800 billion. You will be responsible for: * Leading the comprehensive planning, execution, and control of the road project. * Ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. * Implementing project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PMI, PM4R, or others). * Operating and supervising information systems: KPIs, reports, control matrices, and governance frameworks. * Coordinating interaction among technical, administrative, legal, and monitoring departments. * Ensuring methodological coherence and alignment across all project deliverables. * Supporting project risk, change, interface, and communication management. * Collaborating proactively to achieve the shared objective of transitioning toward net-zero carbon emissions—jointly assuming responsibility for identifying and proactively managing associated emissions and reduction actions during project execution. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines. * 10+ years of infrastructure experience, including at least 8 years as a Project Manager or Project Leader on road construction projects. * Preferred certifications: PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, NEC, PMI‑RMP, PMI‑SP. * Proficiency in control and scheduling tools: MS Project, Primavera P6. * Experience with analytics and monitoring tools: Power BI and contract management systems. * Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination, risk management, and road construction control.
