




**Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise restaurant operations during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient service, adherence to quality standards, proper customer service, and strong team performance. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise shift staff (kitchen, cashier, dining area). * Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety protocols. * Coordinate shift opening and closing procedures (cash handling, inventory checks, cleaning). * Resolve customer issues and handle complaints appropriately. * Assign tasks and organize the team according to demand. * Monitor food preparation and order delivery times. * Verify correct usage of supplies and equipment. * Report operational incidents to the manager or administrator. * Provide operational support at the cashier, kitchen, or front-of-house as needed. * Train and guide new staff during the shift. **Job Requirements** * Prior experience in restaurants or customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of personnel management and customer service. * Cash handling experience and basic inventory management knowledge. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Completed high school education (technical or higher education preferred). **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and teamwork. * Clear and assertive communication. * Problem-solving ability under pressure. * Organization and time management. * Customer orientation. * Responsibility and commitment.
