As an SM Product Manager, you will establish, develop, lead, and monitor the implementation of approved strategies to ensure the medium- and long-term leadership positioning of the SM portfolio, as well as develop all marketing activities aimed at identifying emerging trends and business opportunities. Job Description * Market knowledge and development of tools to determine market share. * Development, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan. * Launch of products within the SM portfolio. * Define, analyze, and ensure financial performance (P&L) of the business. * Build long-term relationships with key business customers. * Support team members by providing them with the necessary marketing tools to perform their functions. * Define demand plans, ensuring accurate product forecasting required to achieve business objectives, in coordination with Logistics based on Supply indicators. * Be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and participating in the requirements outlined in the Quality Management Systems and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * The Employee agrees exclusively to provide their normal work capacity in performing duties that are characteristic, inherent, ancillary, and complementary to the position, in accordance with instructions and orders issued by the Company, its representatives, or hierarchical superiors, always exercising due care and diligence in performance.
