Role Objective Align the company’s technology solutions portfolio with its commercial and operational strategy to strengthen competitive differentiation, drive innovation, and guarantee operational excellence. This role will contribute to achieving performance objectives, as well as to acquiring, renewing, and expanding existing and new business. Key Responsibilities * Ensure alignment of the sector’s technological solutions with the company’s commercial and operational strategy, guaranteeing compliance with corporate standards, processes, and methodologies such as O2D, DEPIcT, MERLIN, among others. * Act as the sector’s IT Business Partner, facilitating the channeling of initiatives, projects, and technology requirements, and ensuring effective communication between the business and local, regional, and global support areas. * Promote, align, negotiate, and develop initiatives in innovation, digitalization, mechanization, and operational improvement, collaborating closely with regional and global IT teams (COE, IT Product, IT Security, etc.) from the design stage onward. * Define and present alternative cost models associated with technological solutions, evaluating their financial, operational, and strategic impact over the medium and long term to support business decision-making. * Analyze business and customer needs to design and define the implementation model for technology developments and enhancements impacting internal processes and customer-facing solutions. * Manage and coordinate the execution of technology implementations related to transportation, secondary packaging, and additional sector-specific tools, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and defined objectives. * Ensure proper adoption, integration, and functioning of implemented technological solutions, guaranteeing their stability, scalability, and alignment with the sector’s operational processes. Requirements to Apply * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies focused on software engineering and data architecture, with proficiency in enterprise technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or equivalent. * Minimum eight (8\) years of professional experience leading the development, implementation, and management of high-impact software solutions. * Experience in end-to-end software project management, including capability to analyze and define requirements, scope, and budgets, along with solid technical knowledge of systems, current technologies, networks, and infrastructure. * Strong expertise in the use and administration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). * English proficiency level: B2 (Mandatory). * Excel proficiency level: Advanced – Data analysis.
