Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead the design, implementation, and expansion of solar projects, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and innovation in every initiative. We are currently strengthening our photovoltaic solar energy line and seeking a Technical Manager to lead its growth and consolidation. Purpose of the Position: To strategically manage the photovoltaic technical department, leading the design, implementation, and expansion of solar projects, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and innovation in every initiative. Main Responsibilities: Photovoltaic Solar Energy (Primary Focus) * Lead the planning, execution, and control of solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial). * Design and validate photovoltaic systems (on\-grid, off\-grid, and hybrid). * Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules. * Coordinate technical teams and suppliers to ensure installation quality. * Identify new business opportunities and develop solutions in renewable energy. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations and energy sector standards. Telecommunications Support (Complementary) * Supervise technical processes related to infrastructure and support. * Manage tools, equipment, and software for the technical department. Ideal Profile: * Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading photovoltaic projects. * Solid knowledge of solar system design, sizing, and implementation. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. * Leadership, decision-making, and strategic vision skills. * Experience managing personnel and technical teams. Working Conditions: * Contract: Direct fixed-term contract. * Working Hours: o Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. o Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Benefits: Statutory benefits \+ corporate benefits. * Flexible working hours policy. * Location: Pereira or Dosquebradas.
