Intermediate Excel skills. **FUNCTIONS**: * Supervise and report the available balance of the cooperative's bank accounts, cash registers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Guarantee the accuracy, security, and proper custody of sales cash by storing it in a secure location accessible only to authorized personnel. Coordinate the transportation and custody of money, tracking it until final destination. * Accurately record all cash inflow and outflow transactions and reconcile accounting records to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Organize and process weekly supplier payments in the system according to established policies and procedures. * Process and execute social security and public utility payments for all branches. Issue checks for special supplier payments and third-party individuals or associates without bank accounts, maintaining a record of all check-related transactions. * Replenish petty cash funds through the procedure established by the cooperative, providing expense records and supporting documentation. Conduct audits to ensure the integrity of petty cash management and reconcile any discrepancies that may arise. Organize and maintain documents, records, and files under their responsibility, ensuring they are accessible, properly safeguarded, and in good condition. * Provide necessary stationery supplies for optimal administrative operations. Develop and maintain cash flow projections, submitting reports during the first week of each month to ensure the company has the required funds at the right time. Collect, analyze, and present detailed performance reports of the process to management. Perform any additional functions assigned by the immediate supervisor. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify that branch cash register reconciliations are accurate; in case of discrepancies, report any surplus or shortage to human resources. * Ensure that every cash inflow and outflow transaction is properly supported. Ensure that every payment made through the PSE platform is reviewed and approved by management. * Manage cash transportation according to the cooperative's guidelines.
