Position **Waiter/Waitress – Full-time (Pizzeria)** Position Objective To serve pizzeria customers courteously, efficiently, and accurately, ensuring an excellent experience from welcome through payment, while adhering to service, hygiene, and presentation standards. Main Responsibilities * Greet customers, assign tables, and present the menu (pizzas, beverages, add-ons, and desserts). * Recommend products and support sales growth (combos, beverages, extras, stuffed crusts, desserts). * Take orders accurately (at table, counter, or via system/POS) and confirm details: size, flavors, half-and-half options, ingredients, sauces, cut type, and doneness level. * Coordinate with kitchen/oven staff to ensure timely preparation, complete orders, and correct deliveries. * Serve pizzas, beverages, and side items with proper presentation and in compliance with hygiene standards. * Monitor tables: replenish beverages, sauces/serviettes, and address customer requests. * Handle complaints or incidents with a solution-oriented attitude and escalate when necessary. * Prepare and maintain the dining area in order: setup, cleaning, disinfection of tables, menus, and service areas. * Manage billing and payment processing (cash, card, QR code, or other methods), and perform daily closings/cash reconciliations per procedure. * Support opening and closing duties: preparing the dining area, restocking supplies (serviettes, sauces, condiments), and performing final cleaning. * Comply with BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and internal policies. Requirements * Experience in customer service within restaurants/pizzerias (preferred). * Basic familiarity with POS systems and payment methods (preferred). * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
