Assignment to a role that leverages strengths **Job Description:** At TD Synnex, we seek recent graduates with degrees in technology-related disciplines for our Discovery Program—a 6- to 12-month training experience where participants will learn core functions in sales, marketing, product management, and other strategic areas; upon completion, managers will evaluate performance and assign participants to a role that leverages their strengths—identified by the Senior Training Manager and validated by those who worked alongside them—thereby receiving a new job title aligned with their skills and professional growth. What You’ll Do * Manage relationships with TD SYNNEX sales teams, product management teams, and internal and external stakeholders—including customers, suppliers, and marketing teams. * Deliver presentations of varying frequency to executive leadership, management, and Discovery Rep program managers. * Process purchase orders, quotations, product searches, reports, ROI analysis, and credit or debit memos. * Attend sales trainings, product webinars, and events. **What We’re Looking For:** * Entry-level (0–1 year of relevant work experience) required. * Required education: Professional academic degree in business administration, systems engineering, telecommunications, or related fields. * Ability to execute instructions and request clarifications when necessary. * Strong data entry skills. * Ability to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making. * Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. * Ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. * Ability to negotiate skillfully and persuasively promote or sell ideas. * Ability to understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people of diverse identities. * Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. * Ability to adapt readily to change as needed. * Ability to work constructively under pressure and stress amid high workloads and tight deadlines. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Ability to collaborate and build strong, effective working relationships with others. * Ability to speak on the phone (or use a headset with microphone) for extended periods. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies. * Ability to use relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level. **Work Environment:** * Professional office environment (on-site). * Non-standard working hours, as required by business needs. **TD SYNNEX Statements:** * TD SYNNEX is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
