Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervision Director for a project, responsible for supervising civil works in building construction. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professionals with a valid professional license Construction Supervision Director – EDU Project **Profile Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Construction, Architectural Constructor, or Construction in Architecture and Engineering. Valid professional license. Certificate of license validity issued by the competent authority (valid at the time of application). * **General Experience:** Minimum ten (10) years of general experience, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license. *(Note: Higher education qualifications cannot be substituted for general or specific experience.)* * **Specific Experience:** Minimum five (5) years of accumulated specific experience as Project Coordinator or Director of Construction or Supervision in the public or private sector. Demonstrable through a maximum of five (5) contracts whose scope or purpose included civil works in public or private buildings. Only projects executed after the issuance of the professional license will be counted. * **Mandatory Supporting Documents:** Updated resume. Copy of the professional license. Updated certificate of professional license validity. Employment certificates/contracts supporting the required general and specific experience.
