Position Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Analyst to manage projects, prepare procedures, and monitor regulatory compliance in Medellín. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct field visits and provide technical advisory services for projects. At Acema Ingeniería, we are currently seeking an **Environmental Analyst \- Medellín, Antioquia.** Join our team! **Requirements:** * Hold a degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Be a graduate, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in environmental project management. * Possess a valid Professional License or Registration Card. * Have knowledge of Colombian environmental regulations. **Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Google Earth. * Technical writing of environmental reports and documents. * Interpretation of environmental regulations. * Analytical ability and documentary organization skills. * Management of environmental procedures before competent authorities. * Preparation of technical environmental reports. * Interpretation of cartography and geographic coordinates. * Identification of environmental determinants for solar projects. * Monitoring compliance with environmental obligations. * Basic proficiency in GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar). **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of applications submitted to Regional Autonomous Corporations. * Prepare, review, and submit applications for permits, licenses, environmental opinions, and other required procedures before Regional Autonomous Corporations. * Conduct forest surveys for projects. * Prepare documents for riverbed occupation, including technical and cartographic analyses. * Prepare technical support reports according to regulatory requirements. * Conduct field visits to verify compliance with environmental obligations. * Prepare follow-up reports and present results to clients. * Develop and monitor Environmental Management Plans. * Provide technical advisory services throughout various project stages. * Maintain constant communication to ensure fulfillment of environmental commitments. * Perform duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
