Hello, a confidential company is currently looking for a Procurement Analyst. We want your support in managing the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, procurement policies, and established quality, cost, and time standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Receive, review, and manage purchase requests from various departments, validating required information and specifications. * Request and consolidate supplier quotations, supporting price comparisons, commercial terms, and delivery timelines for the procurement process. * Generate and track purchase orders using the tools defined by the organization, ensuring proper management and approval. * Monitor orders and support handling of exceptions, returns, or claims related to acquired goods or services. * Maintain up-to-date supplier information and documentation, as well as records and supporting documents associated with the procurement process. * Support the preparation of reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and control activities related to procurement and supply management. * Comply with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the procurement process. * Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor within the scope of your competencies and job responsibilities.
