Cooperative sector company, subsidiary of Banco Popular **Position objective:** Comprehensively plan, direct, and control commercial executives to achieve the cooperative's sales targets and activities within the assigned region, in accordance with strategic objectives and management guidelines. **Main challenges will include:** Ensuring profitable growth in the central region regarding financial resource acquisition and number of cooperative members. Leading the commercial and administrative team. Ensuring proper use of allocated financial, administrative, budgetary, and infrastructure resources. Representing the cooperative's values and ethical practices to various stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields, and a postgraduate degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related areas. * Specialization or Master’s: Not required, but preferred. * Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in positions with similar responsibilities.
