Position Summary: Supervise the establishment's daily operations, staff, resources, work environment, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises and optimizes the establishment's daily operations 2. Manages staff and ensures an exceptional customer experience 3. Serves as a liaison between management and staff, proactively resolving issues Ensure that the establishment's daily operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established quality, service, and safety standards. This includes supervising staff, optimizing available resources, monitoring the work environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The supervisor acts as a liaison between management and staff, responsible for maintaining smooth operations, proactively resolving problems, and contributing to the restaurant's financial and operational goals. Technical or technological degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related fields. 6 months to 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Manager in restaurants or retail. Staff management, cash handling, payment methods, and inventory management. Proficiency in payment methods and cash reconciliation. Reporting of staff-related incidents. Inventory knowledge. Base salary + statutory allowances + food allowance + performance bonus + tips = approximately $3,000,000 + social benefits + social security + direct employment contract with the restaurant.
