Job Summary: This role involves end-to-end order management—from order receipt and preparation to delivery verification—while maintaining warehouse organization and providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end order management and delivery route planning. 2. Daily maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness. 3. Effective and courteous customer service regarding their orders. Order receipt Order preparation and routing according to delivery routes Daily maintenance of order and cleanliness in the second-floor warehouse Delivery verification Cleaning and restocking of merchandise on the second floor Providing effective and courteous service to customers calling to inquire about their orders Reporting any personnel-related updates to the immediate supervisor. Submitting and reporting invoices dispatched by delivery personnel to the responsible department for accounting. Other duties assigned by the company. Work location: On-site employment
