**Scrum Master – AZcareAI.com** *Location: Remote · Full\-Time* **AZcare.ai** is building the first **Secure Outbound AI** platform for healthcare—HIPAA\-compliant agents that call providers, schedule appointments, handle referrals, manage billing tasks, and eliminate the billions of hours people lose each year to hold times, phone trees, and portal friction. We’re looking for a **Scrum Master** who is passionate about operational excellence, distributed team collaboration, and helping high\-caliber engineering teams deliver product at startup speed. We operate lean, ship fast, validate aggressively, and prize clarity, ownership, and accountability. **Role Summary** As Scrum Master, you will **enable high\-velocity delivery**, drive cross\-team alignment, and ensure our distributed teams execute with focus and transparency. You will be the guardian of agile best practices across sprints, ceremonies, communication norms, and team workflows.
