FOREIGN TRADE COORDINATOR We are a Colombian company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and related industries. We seek a professional to comprehensively lead our international procurement, import, and logistics processes, guaranteeing timely product availability for our customers. Purpose of the Position Plan, coordinate, and control purchasing, procurement, import, nationalization, and delivery logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and cost control. Main Responsibilities * Manage and negotiate purchases of raw materials. * Comprehensively coordinate import and nationalization processes. * Ensure timely supply of raw materials. * Coordinate customs agencies, freight forwarders, and carriers. * Control logistics costs and management indicators. Requirements * Degree in International Trade or International Business. * Minimum 4 years of experience in international procurement, foreign trade, and imports. * Experience negotiating with international suppliers and coordinating nationalization processes. * Experience importing and procuring raw materials for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, veterinary, nutraceutical, or chemical industries. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS, Colombian customs regulations, and import costs. * Advanced Excel proficiency and English at B2 level. Competencies Negotiation, planning, results orientation, leadership, analytical ability, autonomy, and problem-solving. Conditions * Indefinite-term employment contract. * On-site work in Medellín. * Office hours, Monday to Friday. * Salary: To be agreed upon.
