This role plays a key part in customer satisfaction and in meeting the company's quality and efficiency standards. **Job Objective:** To ensure efficient and punctual delivery service, meeting quality standards, optimizing delivery times, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Requirements to Apply:** Education: High school diploma completed. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in goods delivery or similar duties. Other: Basic knowledge of national routes and traffic regulations. **Key Competencies:** Teamwork, organizational commitment, customer focus, and compliance with regulations. Organization, planning, and time management. Proactivity, tolerance under pressure, and results-driven mindset. Ability to efficiently coordinate logistics activities and maintain clear and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and ensure efficient product distribution, guaranteeing customers receive their orders on time and in full, according to the company’s quality and service standards. Receive and manage product returns, following established protocols for inspection, recording, and system reintegration, to maintain control and traceability of products. Handle collections related to commercial transactions when required. Timely deposit collected funds, ensuring proper documentation and recording of financial operations. Provide support in additional tasks as operational needs arise, contributing to team efficiency and achievement of departmental goals.
