POSITION: Operations Coordinator LOCATION: INTEXZONA VIA FUNZA SIBERIA PURPOSE: Coordinate activities and resources to manage a safe and efficient operation, working under clear directives to help achieve the operational standards established by both DHL and its customers. Additionally, support implementation of proposed improvements, ensure they are recorded in the established format, assigned to a responsible person with a closing date, and provide visibility to the team on progress. * Support recognition programs and encourage participation of personnel under their supervision. Have full understanding of how the Recognition Program works. Participate in selecting team members who may be recognized based on high performance, attendance, sanctions, improvement proposals related to operational, quality, safety, and environmental sustainability processes within the Site. * Supervise team tasks and develop team members based on individual needs or career plans. * Control and improve productivity across different processes while ensuring quality and safety. * Supervise accuracy of stored inventory. * Report and promptly resolve incidents arising in various operational processes. * Keep their workplace organized. * Properly manage the use and maintenance of equipment used in operations. * Attend to customers on the work floor when required. * Coordinate with their direct supervisor personnel actions (vacations, warnings, suspensions, hiring, bonuses, dismissals, trainings, career opportunities, etc). * Perform other tasks deemed necessary by their direct supervisor for the operation according to internal or customer needs. * Follow up and comply with requirements from DIAN, INVIMA, and ICA for authorized warehouses and Free Trade Zones (if applicable).
