POSITION: Operations Coordinator LOCATION: INTEXZONA VIA FUNZA SIBERIA PURPOSE: Coordinate activities and resources to manage a safe and efficient operation, working under clear directives to help achieve the operational standards established by both DHL and its customers. RESPONSIBILITIES* Have a clear understanding of the Objectives and KPIs applicable to their role and team. * Communicate efficiency goals, direct hours, and productivity expectations to their work team, ensuring a clear understanding of what is expected from them (including communication to new hires). * Maintain an organized daily task agenda and follow up on its completion. * Manage Site equipment and personnel, coordinating daily activities based on resource planning. * Monitor daily team and individual performance, analyzing data and indicators. * Support the process of reviewing work instructions for their area, according to established frequency or need. * Ensure team members are properly trained according to the training plan and matrix established for each role. * Organize specific training sessions as needed for the team and/or employees who deviate from operational, quality, and safety standards. * Prepare and execute, with established frequency and formats, various routines in their work agenda (PDs, shift handovers, leadership meetings, formal and informal feedback, indicator reviews, trainings, Gemba walks, etc). * Identify and document, together with the team, root causes of deviations, best practices, and opportunities for improvement in operational, quality, and safety processes. Additionally, support implementation of proposed improvements, ensure they are recorded in the established format, assigned to a responsible person with a closing date, and provide visibility to the team on progress. * Support recognition programs and encourage participation of personnel under their supervision. Have full understanding of how the Recognition Program works. Participate in selecting team members who may be recognized based on high performance, attendance, sanctions, improvement proposals related to operational, quality, safety, and environmental sustainability processes within the Site. * Supervise team tasks and develop team members based on individual needs or career plans. * Control and improve productivity across different processes while ensuring quality and safety. * Supervise accuracy of stored inventory. * Report and promptly resolve incidents arising in various operational processes. * Keep their workplace organized. * Properly manage the use and maintenance of equipment used in operations. * Attend to customers on the work floor when required. * Coordinate with their direct supervisor personnel actions (vacations, warnings, suspensions, hiring, bonuses, dismissals, trainings, career opportunities, etc). * Perform other tasks deemed necessary by their direct supervisor for the operation according to internal or customer needs. * Follow up and comply with requirements from DIAN, INVIMA, and ICA for authorized warehouses and Free Trade Zones (if applicable). DESIRED REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Professional or Technologist in industrial processes, business administration, logistics management, industrial engineering, or international business. 2\. Minimum 3 years, although 2 years is not strictly excluded 3\. Must reside in Madrid, Mosquera, Funza, or surrounding areas.
