**Description:** Responsible for leading teams in the development of SAP projects, executing the developed plans for the project and completing them with results acceptable to the client while achieving business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Manage projects by balancing critical elements of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and Risk, maintaining alignment with GBM and SAP project methodologies, and ensuring achievement of client and business objectives. * Coordinate administrative, logistical, technical, and control activities necessary to maintain proper project execution processes, adhering to the quality standards and customer service levels established by GBM. * Review and analyze projects with the objective of defining strategies, action plans, and controls to keep projects within required performance indicators, updating financial data, timelines, change controls, schedules, risks, etc. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience leading SAP application implementation projects. Minimum of 5 years as a consultant in the field or in-house within an organization. (Experience working on projects for external clients is essential, not internal ones). * **Education:** Systems Engineering degree * **Technical Skills:** Functional and/or Project Management certifications in SAP. Knowledge of SAP's Activate methodology. PMP certification is desirable. Willingness to travel, U.S. visa desirable, Advanced English proficiency. * Availability to travel, U.S. visa desirable, Advanced English proficiency. * **Skills:** Team-oriented and willing to contribute new ideas to sales, implementation, and support teams. Ability to work independently and with a project focus.
