At **Asiati Corp**, a holding company present in LATAM, we are looking for an **International Logistics Coordinator** to lead the planning, control, and execution of logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in the supply chain. We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, who enjoys leading teams and optimizing international logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities** **Supply chain and logistics process management** * Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive supply chain management strategies. * Optimize end\-to\-end logistics processes, from receipt to final delivery. * Implement technological tools such as **WMS** and **TMS**. * Coordinate **cross\-docking** operations to optimize distribution times. **Inventory control and management** * Develop policies for inventory control and management. * Conduct demand forecasting and plan optimal stock levels. * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. **Fulfillment and distribution** * Manage fulfillment and last-mile operations. * Coordinate flows with e\-commerce platforms. * Resolve incidents and ensure order fulfillment. **Personnel and performance indicators management** * Lead and develop the operational team. * Monitor logistics KPIs and present performance reports. * Foster a collaborative work environment. **Continuous improvement and compliance** * Identify opportunities for optimization within the logistics chain. * Negotiate with logistics providers and ensure regulatory compliance. * Stay updated on customs, transportation, and international trade regulations. **Requirements** * Professional or advanced student in **International Business, Logistics, or related fields**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in logistics leadership or regional coordination roles. * Knowledge of **WMS, TMS, SAP**, or equivalent tools. * Skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and logistics indicators. * Intermediate level of English (desirable). **Benefits** * Be part of a regionally expanding organization. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
