Job Summary: Conduct periodic internal reviews and pre-settlements of routes to ensure data reliability and support transportation management. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in a dynamic transportation environment. **Purpose of the Position:** Conduct periodic internal reviews of entered information to detect and correct potential errors, ensuring data reliability at all times. **Responsibilities:** Perform pre-settlements of routes traveled by vehicles associated with various affiliated companies. Promptly inform the Supervisor or the relevant department of any findings, ensuring full traceability of all discoveries. Verify that dispatch records for each route are correctly generated and loaded into the system prior to initiating the pre-settlement process. Access and review route video footage as needed to verify the accuracy of pre-settled data and validate any findings or claims. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Education:** Technical or Technological degree in Systems, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or Industrial Engineering. Mandatory Requirement: Intermediate to Advanced Excel – Data Analysis – Administrative Management. **Skills:** Strong information analysis capability; advanced proficiency in operating systems such as NRTEC (or similar); experience with pre-settlement systems and information management software; competence in Office tools, especially Excel; basic knowledge of internal auditing and data control; ability to review videos and correlate information with dispatch records; fast and accurate typing skills. **Work Schedule:** Sunday to Sunday, with two (2) rotating rest days per week. Rotating shifts: 5:00 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., and 1:20 a.m. to 9:40 p.m. **Base Salary:** ($1\.870\.276 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Statutory Benefits.
