Job Summary: Coordinate and manage daily end-to-end Outbound process activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite-term contract POSITION: Outbound coordinator LOCATION: Cota, Cundinamarca, Site Intexzona PURPOSE: Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction through control and management of daily activities \- opportunities for improvement in the end-to-end Outbound process, monitoring and management of KPIs (HUB TAT \& LTT), performance monitoring of logistics providers, contract and SOW management, etc., as instructed by the immediate supervisor (Account Manager or Supervisor) and in accordance with DHL's and/or the client's established quality and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end Outbound process (HUB TAT \& LTT) * Daily operations monitoring * Coordinate physical returns and reverse logistics * Generate and manage action plans for issues recorded in SQS * Generate and analyze monthly metrics (HUB TAT \& LTT) and manage action plans to improve them * Hawkeye connectivity and EDI signal monitoring * Knowledge of contracts and SOWs * Provide support in backup processes (Operations: Inbound \- Warehouse\&Customs) when required DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree * Prior experience required: 2 years in similar roles SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Results-oriented * Positive attitude * Proactive * Priority-focused ABOUT THE POSITION * Indefinite-term contract directly with the company.
