




Position Summary: Coordinate the scheduling of operational staff, ensure the accuracy of employment information and proper assignment, and manage payroll and related claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Programming and management of operational staff. 2. Ensuring the accuracy of employment and payroll information. 3. Handling payroll-related claims. 1. Schedule operational staff according to contracted services. 2. Ensure that personnel updates entered into the system accurately reflect each worker’s actual work performed. 3. Identify staffing needs and submit corresponding requests to Human Resources for hiring. 4. Ensure that hired personnel are assigned and scheduled to a client and position. 5. Ensure that each requested service has its respective service order and/or client request email. 6. Generate payroll for salaries and compensation in accordance with recorded information, applicable regulations, and organizational procedures. 7. Promptly address payroll-related claims from regional operational staff.
