Participation in technical testing processes **JOB INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** Testing Assistant **Department:** Quality **Immediate Supervisor:** Quality Manager **General Summary:** Provide technical and operational support in the execution of functional, flow, and verification tests for aviation fuel supply equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and internal procedures established by the company. ### **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** High school diploma, or Technical/Technologist degree in mechanical, industrial, or related fields. **Experience:** None required. Basic experience in industrial processes or technical testing is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in using hand tools. * Basic knowledge of safe fuel handling is desirable. ### **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** * Assist in conducting flow, pressure, calibration, and functional verification tests on equipment. * Carry out tasks following instructions from the Test Engineer or area supervisor. * Perform organizational, preparation, and conditioning activities for equipment before and after each test. * Verify cleanliness conditions of tanks, pipelines, and filters prior to test initiation. * Support assembly and disassembly of components required for testing. * Perform drainage, purging, and safe fuel handling operations in accordance with established procedures. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols, use of PPE, and evacuation plans during testing. * Promptly report any anomalies or deviations detected during the testing process. * Other duties as assigned based on organizational needs.
