With a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and operational excellence, AES combines technical expertise and supply chain efficiency to maximize equipment availability, optimize fleet performance, and support customer operations worldwide. **POSITION SUMMARY** We are currently seeking a **Contracts Manager** to lead contract administration and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance operations across multiple airports in Colombia. This position will serve as the primary liaison between AES and our clients, ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, supplier management, fleet performance, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will play a key role in AES’s growth and expansion in Colombia and future projects across Latin America. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Act as the primary operational liaison between AES and the client, ensuring contractual compliance, achievement of KPIs and SLAs, and customer satisfaction. * Oversee preventive and corrective GSE maintenance operations across multiple stations. * Lead follow-up meetings and periodic performance reviews with clients. * Manage external suppliers, repair workshops, spare parts availability, and third-party performance. * Supervise operational costs, budgets, billing, and optimization opportunities. * Monitor fleet and contract performance using CMMS systems, conducting audits and implementing continuous improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with AES safety standards and Colombian Occupational Safety and Health legislation. * Support the opening of new stations and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales departments. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Contract Management, or related field. * Minimum five (5\) years of experience in contract administration, maintenance operations, supplier management, or industrial services. * Experience leading operational teams and managing client relationships. * Native-level Spanish and professional-level English, both written and spoken. * Valid Colombian driver’s license. * Legal authorization to work in Colombia. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday; schedule may vary according to the Company’s operational and commercial needs, including occasional matters outside regular working hours. * Willingness to travel approximately 40%–60% within Colombia and occasionally internationally. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with Ground Support Equipment (GSE), heavy machinery, fleet maintenance, or industrial environments. * Experience using CMMS systems such as Infor EAM, AssetWorks, EBIS, or similar. * Experience in the airport or aviation industry. * Experience supporting the launch of new operations or expansion projects. * Knowledge of logistics, imports, and supply chain management. * Experience managing multiple contracts or locations simultaneously. **SKILLS** * Leadership and decision-making. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Strong customer and results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
