We are a SaaS company providing solutions to digitize the healthcare sector and make the healthcare experience more human. **Job Description** Ensure data integrity, execute manual support and quality control processes in the CRM, guaranteeing that associated information and operations are accurate, complete, and error-free. * Ensure proper management and quality of data within internal systems. * Provide operational support in manual processes that support the activities of sales and Customer Success teams. * Execute data import, migration, and update processes in the CRM and related systems. * Monitor reported incidents and errors, proposing timely solutions. * Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency and reliability of operational data. **Requirements** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in roles related to information handling, administrative or operational support, preferably in CRM environments or digital tools. * Experience in data quality control processes, information system management, or support to sales/operational teams is valued (can include professional internships). * Intermediate English level.
