Guarantee of compliance with procedures and safety **Job Description:** We are currently looking for an **Electrical/Civil Technologist \- Technical Group Leader** to coordinate and supervise the execution of technical activities, especially those related to the electrical sector, ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and project requirements. **Required Profile** * Completed technological studies in **Electricity, Civil Engineering, or related fields**; or having completed and passed at least **7 semesters of Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering programs**, at an institution recognized by the Ministry of National Education. * For electricity technologists, possession of a **professional license or card, minimum class TE\-3**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in electrical work**. * Certification or verifiable training in: * Working at heights supervision. * Electrical hazard. * Confined space work. * Availability with **100% dedication** to the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate assigned technical staff. * Supervise the proper execution of electrical works and associated activities. * Verify compliance with established technical and safety procedures for the project. * Coordinate group work activities according to the established schedule. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment. * Report incidents, progress, and conditions identified during work execution. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health guidelines. **Mandatory Requirements:** Verifiable experience in electrical work and fulfillment of required certifications for the position. **Employment Type:** Full-time – 100% dedication. * **Work Location:** Bogotá * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Salary:** 2\.300\.000 **Application:** Interested candidates meeting the profile must attach their updated resume and respective supporting documents for education, experience, and certifications.
