Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Inspector to support accompaniment processes for high-risk tasks, permit processing, follow-up and customer service, staff training, and report preparation, demonstrating an excellent attitude and strong communication skills. Excellent attitude, organized, and strong communication skills A leading HVAC systems company located in southern Bogotá requires an **HSE INSPECTOR** for its team to support accompaniment processes for high-risk tasks; processing of work permits, ATS, and follow-ups; customer service aligned with assigned activities; on-site training for operational staff; and completion of HSE reports. The candidate must demonstrate an excellent attitude, be organized, diligent, possess strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Technician in Occupational Safety and Health. * SST License (Mandatory.) * Valid certification for working at heights and height coordination (Mandatory.) * 50-hour and 20-hour courses in SG-SST. * Proficiency in office tools and online platforms (Drive, email, templates.) * Minimum 6 months of experience. **POSITION CONDITIONS:** * Fixed-term contract with all statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (according to project assignment). * Work modality: On-site at construction site. * Salary: $2.100.000 + bonus + transportation allowance. * Bi-weekly payments. * Work location: Bogotá D.C.
