The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Mondoñedo Laboratory Technician **YOUR ROLE WILL BE:** To ensure that raw materials and finished products meet established specifications by implementing the quality plan, ensuring laboratory equipment remains in good working condition, and complying with the defined metrology plan. **YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:** Implement the quality plan and adjust it if necessary based on production requirements and raw material conditions at the extraction front. Take preventive and corrective actions to guarantee compliance with the quality plan and technical product specifications, including third-party testing, reporting results to your immediate supervisor. Maintain the quality and metrology plans, along with other product and raw material specifications, to prevent non-conformities during internal and external audits. Perform statistical analysis of laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products, maintaining proper records to ensure product traceability. Report test results for materials to relevant production process areas according to the testing plan. Inspect screens, assess their condition, and understand the settings of crushing equipment to evaluate plant conditions affecting product quality. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** Technical or technological degree, or Civil Engineering student (5th or 6th semester), preferably in Soil Laboratory, Civil Works, or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience in raw material and/or finished product quality control areas or processes. Proficiency in testing granular materials. Proficiency in office software tools.
