We are looking for a Quality Analyst in Bogotá! Are you passionate about ensuring excellence in processes, patient safety, and continuous improvement? **Position:** Quality Analyst **Location:** Bogotá **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Work mode:** 100% on-site **Contract type:** Project-based **Salary:** Negotiable Position purpose Ensure that processes, services, and procedures within PSP meet the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance. Requirements * **Education:** Associate degree in nursing or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience with knowledge of quality regulations, procedures, continuous improvement methodologies, and implementation of monitoring and active listening systems. Main responsibilities * Support the pharmacovigilance lead in reviewing, monitoring, and reporting pharmacovigilance activities, as well as in adverse event reconciliation and SDV processes. * Train staff on quality processes. * Investigate incidents (CAPA) together with coordinators and operations managers. * Monitor quality indicators and evaluate performance metrics. * Develop procedures that strengthen operational quality.
