We are seeking an experienced **Chief Business Analyst** to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of core auto finance domain data products, working closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to enable a decentralized, cloud\-native Data Mesh ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**
* Define, maintain, and prioritize the vision, strategy, and backlog for core auto finance domain data products, including Credit Application, Underwriting Decisions, Contract Booking, Loan Servicing Ledger, Collections \& Delinquency, and Lease\-End Remarketing
* Translate complex auto lending and leasing business rules, such as dealer reserve calculations, net payoff formulas, interest accrual, and vehicle depreciation, into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Partner with engineers and architects to apply Domain\-Driven Design principles, establishing bounded contexts and domain schemas that accurately reflect core lending operations
* Author, negotiate, and enforce formal Data Contracts between producing domain teams and downstream consumers, defining schema, semantic definitions, refresh rate, SLAs/SLOs, and operational fitness
* Define, monitor, and establish Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives for data freshness, accuracy, and completeness, and implement automated alerting and corrective protocols
* Monitor observability dashboards, including schema drift, latency, and null rates, and utilize telemetry from the Enterprise Data Catalog to ensure data product health
* Work within the Ford Credit SAFe framework as an active agile team member
* Participate in sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand\-ups, and release planning, to align delivery iterations
* Co\-author domain OKRs and key results, aligning product delivery metrics with strategic enterprise transformation outcomes
* Partner with engineering, architecture, BI, risk modeling, and financial reporting teams to migrate legacy mainframe pipelines to decentralized, cloud\-native domain data products
* Facilitate enablement workshops for analysts and business users to help downstream consumers transition from legacy ETL/warehouse queries to self\-serve Data Mesh consumption
* Ensure data products comply with federated governance guidelines, regulatory mandates such as FCRA, GLBA, and GDPR/CCPA, and security policies, including PII masking, data lineage tracking, and role\-based access control
**Requirements**
* 8\+ years of experience as a business analyst or data product leader within financial services or auto finance domains
* Knowledge of Data Mesh, Domain\-Driven Design, and Data Contracts concepts
* Expertise in modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and dbt
* Proficiency in SQL and Database DDLs
* Familiarity with Kafka, Event\-Driven Architecture, and Avro/JSON schemas and REST APIs
* Understanding of data governance and observability tools, including Enterprise Data Catalog and Observability Dashboards for monitoring latency, schema drift, and null rates
* Background in GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery
* Competency in Agile delivery tools and frameworks, including JIRA and SAFe
