Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. #### **Accountabilities** * Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. * Works collaboratively within a team of security professionals and across the organization in matters of security, logging, and custody of security events and troubleshooting. * Responds to incidents; resolves, triages, or escalates as appropriate to meet and exceed SLA metrics. * Supports and maintains key production systems, ensuring 7/24 availability. * Documents and maintains comprehensive records of log sources, configurations, analysis procedures, troubleshooting, and incident reports. * Provides input to management reporting including executive summaries, condition status reporting, statistics, and action item tracking. * Knowledge of various operating systems such as (Linux, Windows, AIX, AS400, etc.) * Familiarity with the specific cloud platforms the organization uses (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and their logging and monitoring services. * Understanding of network protocols and the ability to analyze network logs, such as firewall, IDS/IPS, and DNS logs.
