Developing promotional marketing materials ### **Summary** \~ Providing analytical support to Novartis internal customers (CPO and regional Marketing & Sales teams) for various low- to medium-complexity analytical reports. \~ Supporting and facilitating data-driven decision-making for Novartis internal customers by delivering high-quality qualitative and quantitative analytics. \~ Supporting the GBS\~GCO business in building capability by participating in various initiatives such as knowledge sharing, adaptation and training support, leading group support across all business-related tasks/actions, and creating process documentation and knowledge repositories. \~ Being an integral part of a cross-functional design team responsible for developing promotional marketing materials. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Create and deliver outputs according to customer requirements and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). \~ Deliver services through a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and stakeholder engagement throughout the service delivery lifecycle. \~ Quality assurance; Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy of deliverables. Timely project delivery within agreed timelines. \~ Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). \~ Support the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative reports. \~ Participate in various knowledge-sharing sessions.
