You will be part of the Experience and Wellbeing Management as an Experience and Wellbeing Analyst, accompanying Attraction, Selection, and Onboarding processes from start to finish, taking care of operational details and the emotional experience of each candidate. Among your main responsibilities, you will be in charge of: \- Recruiting potential talent according to active vacancies \- Sending and reviewing psychometric and technical tests \- Conducting interviews (Operational / Tactical) \- Preparing and sending candidate reports for decision-making \- Supporting the Onboarding process (inductions and follow-ups) If you wish to participate in the process, here is what you need to apply: Requirements: Demonstrate excellent attitude and willingness to learn, with a service-oriented mindset, proactivity, diligence, strong teamwork skills, and effective, fluent communication. Education: Technologist with extensive experience in the mentioned areas or Junior Professional/recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, talent attraction, and conducting job interviews (primarily for operational/tactical roles), as well as experience applying psychometric tests and delivering corporate inductions.
