Collaborate with diverse, highly skilled global teams We are looking for a **Junior DevOps/Platform Engineer** to join our modernization team and support the design, deployment, and maintenance of reliable and scalable infrastructure, while growing your skills in automation and cloud technologies. **Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of the current state of build and deployment processes and pipelines * Support the design, build, and maintenance of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for the modernization team * Contribute ideas to the future automation architecture * Help ensure the reliability and scalability of systems through monitoring and performance optimization * Support platform and capability deployments in different environments * Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes across environments * Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to help ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations * Help develop and maintain technical documentation and standards **Requirements** * 1\+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering * Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and Helm * Understanding of networking with a focus on containerization * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Argo, and GitHub Actions * Basic programming skills in C\#, Java, or Python * Good communication and collaboration skills in English * Capability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment * Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
