Your Mission: You will play a key role in portfolio recovery, managing clients and negotiating payment agreements that generate effective solutions and contribute to achieving team goals. What will you do daily? * Contact clients and manage payment agreements effectively * Follow up on overdue commitments and obligations * Assess each client's situation to offer realistic solutions * Record each interaction clearly and in detail in the system * Keep information updated and maintain respectful communication * Meet management and recovery targets * Escalate special cases and collaborate closely with your team * Participate in continuous training programs What will you find with us? * **Salary**: $1\.750\.905 \+ transportation allowance \+ attractive performance-based bonuses * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday until 4:30 p.m. * **Location**: Chapinero Learn, develop negotiation skills, and build your career with us What are we looking for in you? * High school diploma * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, call centers, sales, or customer service * Basic knowledge of negotiation, office software, and customer service * Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
