Join a leading company DESCRIPTION Join our team as an **On-Site Support Analyst** and be the hero our systems need! ‍‍ If you have at least 1 year of experience in technical support and help desk, report management and/or metrics, this is the place for you! **What do you need to join the adventure?** * **Professional background:** Technical or Technological degree, or related fields. * **Experience:** 6 months of on-site and remote support experience, preventive and corrective maintenance, and VPN network connection applications. * Diagnostics, configuration, maintenance, repair, validation, and functional testing of equipment. * **In-depth knowledge:** User support, enterprise application support, and internal systems support. REQUIREMENTS Technical or Technological degree, or final-semester students in: * Desired experience in technical laboratories, service desks, or authorized service centers. * Hardware and software installation. * Disassembling and assembling equipment following technical procedures. * Installing and configuring Windows operating systems. * Installing Lenovo applications, drivers, and utilities. * Performing functional tests after repairs. * Recording diagnostics, activities, and evidence in defined platforms. * Ensuring proper handling and storage of spare parts. * Adhering to SLA-defined response times.
