If you are passionate about innovation, rapid learning, and teamwork to create memorable experiences, join us. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Contractual and Corporate Management** * Review and draft commercial contracts: NDAs, technology agreements, marketing agreements, financial partnerships, tourism supplier contracts, airline incentive agreements, insurance policies, among others. * Prepare corporate minutes for shareholder meetings and board meetings for Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. * Process banking powers of attorney, special powers of attorney, capital increases, and other corporate requirements. * Maintain up-to-date shareholder registers and submit reports to regulatory authorities. **Regulatory and Compliance Management** * Timely renew RNTs, commercial registries, database reports, and other legal obligations in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. * Respond to customer requests regarding personal data protection. * Draft terms and conditions for special marketing campaigns and high-impact initiatives. * Research consumer protection, antitrust, and commercial regulations. **Administrative Management and Operational Support** * Process document signatures and maintain the internal contract repository (Hutz) up to date. * Manage invoice receipt and audit request submissions. * Support legal research to assess the legal viability of new initiatives (reviewing positions of regulatory bodies, regulatory analysis). ### **What We Are Looking For** * Education: Recently graduated Lawyer or currently completing law degree. * Language: English level B2 or higher (fluent reading, writing, and speaking for reviewing international contracts). * Availability: Full-time.
