Partner with the best. **Fuel your passion** We are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help build robust, with 0\-5 years’ Experience, scalable data infrastructure. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. You’ll collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and performance across platforms. As a **Lead Data Engineer**, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing and managing front\-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations. * Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. * Working with cloud\-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Optimizing data workflows for performance and scalability. * Collaborating with data analysts and scientists to support business insights. * Ensuring data integrity and implement best practices in data engineering. **To be successful in this role you will:** * Have 0–5 years of experience in data engineering or related field. * Have Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Scala). * Have Familiarity with cloud services and data warehousing tools. * Have good understanding of data modeling and pipeline orchestration. * Be detail\-oriented with ability to join multiple, disparate data sets to derive insights from raw data. * Have strong problem\-solving and communication skills. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
