The ideal candidate must possess both technical and customer service skills, as well as the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Must participate in annually scheduled preventive maintenance. 100% on-site work. Requirements Technician/technologist in systems, telecommunications, or related fields with technical support, office software, ITIL, and end-user experience.
