Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner to lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for data pipeline and GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and engineering teams. Collaborate with global teams on international projects We are looking for a **Product Owner** to support a team working on a set of pipelines that load and process data, joining different datasets to create new data products. Each pipeline involves uploading data from various sources and applications to a data warehouse, standardizing and validating it based on predefined schemas and visualizing it through outputs such as heat maps of potential client locations. **Responsibilities** * Own and drive product vision, roadmap and delivery for product and GenAI\-related initiatives * Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment * Translate AI/GenAI use cases and business needs into well\-defined user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria * Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies and risks * Lead cross\-functional teams including engineering, QA and design to ensure productivity, accountability and delivery alignment * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers and ensure smooth execution * Balance business goals, user needs and technical constraints when making product decisions * Define KPIs, monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement * Collaborate closely with QA to ensure high\-quality delivery through validation processes * Foster a transparent, collaborative and high\-performing team environment while managing scope, risks and dependencies **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst leading cross\-functional teams and driving delivery, or a relevant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or TPM * Experience in roadmap planning, stakeholder management and product strategy with a strong ownership mindset in fast\-paced environments * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery management * Experience with GenAI\-related initiatives * Capability to work closely with engineers and understanding of system design and constraints * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables * Experience managing end\-to\-end feature delivery * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and product metrics for data\-driven decision\-making * Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills * Proactive, structured and results\-driven mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
